Principal activities

The principal activity of the company during the year under review was property investment and rental.

Going Concern

At the Balance Sheet date the company was in a net liability and net current liability position. The comany is relaint on the continued support of its directors. As a result, the directors have confirmed they will not withdraw funds to the detriment of other creditors for a period of no less than 12 months from the signing date of the accounts. As a result, the Going Concern basis is considered appropriate.
