| Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable for services provided in the normal course of business, and is shown net of VAT. |

| 8. | FINANCIAL COMMITMENTS, GUARANTEES AND CONTINGENT LIABILITIES |
| The bank borrowings of the group are guaranteed by a cross guarantee. At the year end, the total indebtedness of the group to the bank amounted to £143,683 (2025 - £nil), which is secured by a mortgage debenture, the terms of which include a fixed and floating charge over the company's assets. The company has also provided security for amounts due by its parent undertaking amounting to £230,000 (2025 - £nil) at the year end. |
