For the year ending 31 March 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
The company has taken advantage of section 444(1) of the Companies Act 2006 and opted not to deliver to the registrar a copy of the company's Profit and Loss Account.

Notes to the Financial Statements
1. General Information
K3 Mart Limited is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales. The company's registered number and registered office address can be found on the Company Information page.
2. Accounting Policies
2.1. Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial  Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities"  and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention
2.2. Turnover
Turnover comprises the invoiced value of goods and services supplied by the company, net of Value Added Tax and trade discounts.
2.3. Tangible Fixed Assets and Depreciation
Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life.
Fixtures, Fittings & Equipment 25% on Reducing Balance
2.4. Stocks and Work in Progress
Stocks are valued at the lower of cost and net realisable value, after making due allowance for obsolete and slow moving items.
2.5. Taxation
Taxation for the year comprises current and defered tax. Tax is recognised in the Income Statement, except to the tax extent that it relates to items recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity.
Current tax is recognised at the amount of tax payable using the tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the balance sheet date.
2.6. Pensions
The company operates a defined contribution pension scheme. Contributions payable to the company's pension scheme are charged to profit or loss in the period to which they relate.
