1. Employee numbers
The average number of employees during the year was 2 (2023: 2 ).
2. Other financial commitments
The total future minimum lease payments under non-cancellable operating leases are £2,514 (2023: £1,995).
For the year ending 31 May 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors' responsibilities:
