Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the year, the company made advances to Thomas Smith, a director of the company. At 31 December 2025, the balance owed to the company by the director was £21,566.76 (2024: £28,636.55). The loan is unsecured and interest-free and is repayable on demand. The director has confirmed the balance will be repaid in full within 9 months of the year end date.
