Company activities and impact

During the financial year, the Justin Olusegun Foundation delivered **10 EmpowerNext workshops**, supporting **over 100 young people and aspiring professionals** with practical skills to improve their future career and business prospects. The workshops focused on employability, entrepreneurship, digital skills, personal branding, social media, artificial intelligence (AI), and professional development. Participants gained hands-on knowledge to help them navigate an evolving job market, build confidence, expand their professional networks, and access new employment and business opportunities. Beyond skills development, the workshops created a supportive community where attendees were able to connect with industry professionals, mentors and peers, fostering relationships that have led to collaborations, job opportunities and continued professional growth. Through these initiatives, the Foundation has continued its mission of empowering underrepresented communities with the knowledge, networks and confidence needed to succeed in an increasingly digital and technology-driven economy.
