These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

1. General Information
RICONNECT UK LIMITED is a private company, limited by shares, incorporated in England & Wales, registered number 15148766 . The registered office is Room 5, 2/F. 39-41 High Street, New Malden, Surrey, KT3 4BY.
2. Accounting Policies
2.1. Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 section 1A Small Entities "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006.
2.2. Going Concern Disclosure
The company is dependent on the continued financial support of its immediate parent undertaking, RiConnect, Inc., to meet its obligations as they fall due. The parent undertaking has indicated its intention to continue providing financial support for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The directors have considered the parent undertaking's ability to provide this support. Based on this assessment, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence. Thus, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.
2.3. Tangible Fixed Assets and Depreciation
Tangible fixed assets are measured at cost less accumulated depreciation and any accumulated impairment losses. Depreciation is provided at rates calculated to write off the cost of the fixed assets, less their estimated residual value, over their expected useful lives on the following bases:
