Principal activities of the company

Notes to the Financial Statements For the year ended 31 December 2025 1. General Information Aurelius Films Ltd is a private company limited by shares, incorporated in England and Wales. The company’s principal activity is the development and production of film and media projects. 2. Accounting Policies The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 105 (FRS 105), applicable to the micro-entities regime. 3. Intangible Assets Development costs relating to film and media projects have been capitalised where the directors consider that the projects have commercial viability and future economic benefit. These costs represent work in progress across a number of productions currently in development. 4. Going Concern The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The company continues to receive financial and strategic support from Ambasada Group, which has provided funding to support ongoing development activities and working capital requirements. 5. Creditors Amounts owed to group undertakings represent funding provided by Ambasada Group to support the company’s operations and development pipeline. 6. Directors The directors during the year were Biplab Dey, Hardeep Kaur and Bivas Ambasada.
