2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.

The £1 of called up share capital has never been paid to the company and is presented as called up share capital not paid. The comparative figure has been presented on the same basis. In the accounts for the period ended 30 November 2024 this amount was included within cash at bank and in hand. Net assets at 30 November 2024 are unchanged at £1, so this is a reclassification of the comparative only and not a restatement.
