The directors present their report with the financial statements of the company for the period ended 31 May 2025

Principal activities of the company

The principal activity of the Company during the reporting period continued to be the design, development, implementation and support of bespoke software solutions together with the provision of IT consultancy and related digital technology services. The Company provides customised software applications and technology solutions designed to improve operational efficiency and support the digital transformation of commercial organisations. There were no significant changes in the nature of the Company's activities during the reporting period.

Additional information

Business Performance and Financial Results The reporting period was characterised by continued development of the Company's software business together with prudent financial management. The Company generated turnover of GBP 78,420, producing an operating profit of GBP 56,450 and a profit after taxation of GBP45,241. Administrative expenses amounted to GBP 14,470 and principally comprised software subscriptions, cloud infrastructure, professional services, insurance, office administration and other operating costs incurred in supporting the Company's activities. The Director considers the Company's financial performance during the reporting period to be satisfactory and consistent with the Company's long-term commercial objectives.

  • 1. Accounting policies

    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Turnover policy

    Turnover represents amounts receivable from software development, IT consultancy, implementation services and related digital technology services provided during the reporting period, exclusive of Value Added Tax. Revenue is recognised when contractual performance obligations have been satisfied and economic benefits are expected to flow to the Company.

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Tangible fixed assets are stated at cost less accumulated depreciation and impairment losses. Depreciation is calculated using the straight-line method over the estimated useful economic lives of the assets.

    Intangible fixed assets amortisation policy

    Intangible assets comprise purchased software licences supporting the Company's software development activities. Intangible assets are stated at cost less accumulated amortisation and impairment losses.

    Valuation information and policy

    The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention. Tangible fixed assets are stated at cost less accumulated depreciation and impairment. Intangible assets are stated at cost less accumulated amortisation and impairment. Inventories are valued at the lower of cost and estimated selling price less costs to complete and sell. Trade debtors and creditors are measured at transaction value and subsequently at amortised cost.

    Other accounting policies

    The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis. Depreciation and amortisation are calculated using the straight-line method over an estimated useful economic life of three years. Cash and cash equivalents comprise cash held with recognised financial institutions and cash available on demand. Current taxation represents the estimated corporation tax payable in respect of taxable profits for the reporting period. No deferred taxation has been recognised.
