COMMUNITY INTEREST ANNUAL REPORT

UNITED AIMS FOUNDATION CIC

Company Number: 15976634 (England and Wales)

Year Ending: 30 September 2025

Company activities and impact

During the financial year, United Aims Foundation delivered significant community benefit through its work supporting individuals affected by domestic violence and raising awareness of domestic abuse issues. Regular community coffee mornings were held on alternate Saturdays, providing a safe, welcoming and supportive environment where individuals could access information, support and social connection. United Aims Foundation developed and distributed information materials and maintained a website that signposted individuals to relevant support services and resources. Financial assistance was also provided to support any vulnerable women who attended our events, helping to address immediate needs during periods of crisis and vulnerability. In addition, the Foundation organised a community conference attended by approximately 50 people. The event featured a number of distinguished guest speakers who shared expertise and insights on domestic abuse, prevention, access to support services and community engagement. The conference provided an important platform for raising awareness, sharing knowledge and encouraging collaborative action. Throughout the year, United Aims Foundation actively engaged with stakeholders, including service users, community organisations, local groups and support agencies, to identify needs and improve access to support. Through its awareness-raising activities, practical support, stakeholder engagement and collaborative partnerships, United Aims Foundation has contributed to improving the wellbeing, safety and resilience of individuals and communities affected by domestic violence.

Consultation with stakeholders

United Aims Foundation regularly engaged with stakeholders throughout the financial year, including service users, survivors of domestic abuse, community members, support organisations, shelter providers and partner agencies. Feedback and discussions held during community coffee mornings, one-to-one interactions, partnership meetings and the community conference helped the Foundation to understand community needs, identify gaps in support and shape its activities. This consultation informed the development of awareness materials, website content, financial assistance programmes and future community engagement initiatives.
