Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and FRS 105, under the historical cost convention.
Going concern
The company has net liabilities of £399 at the balance sheet date. It is funded by interest-free loans from its director, who have confirmed their intention to continue to provide financial support for at least twelve months from the date of approval of these accounts. The director therefore consider it appropriate to prepare the accounts on a going concern basis.
Stock
Stock comprises land held for development together with the directly attributable costs of acquisition and of obtaining planning consent, carried at the lower of cost and estimated selling price less costs to complete and sell. No element of the development had been sold at the balance sheet date.
