2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105. The aircraft is stated at historical cost. No depreciation has been charged because its estimated residual value is considered to be at least equal to its carrying amount. The asset is reviewed for impairment at each reporting date.
