The company has provided free plumbing and DIY repairs to the elderly residents of East Grinstead and surrounding areas. We operate on a referrals basis, working with local charities such as AgeUK and Being Neighbourly. All income is derived through donations and a ‘pay it forward’ model whereby friends and families pay a nominal amount for a small repair which is then paid into the company account to pay for materials and tools to enable free work to be provided for all charity referrals. We have also run scamming awareness and basic DIY tips training for the elderly, at Age UK’s local hub.
Regular discussions held with the 2 charities who have referred deserving residents to us - Age UK and Being Neighbourly in East Grinstead.
No remuneration was received
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
