At the balance sheet date, the company is party to an earn-out arrangement arising from the acquisition of European Plastics Limited. Under the terms of the agreement, additional consideration may become payable depending on the future financial performance of the acquired company.
The directors have reviewed the position at the balance sheet date and consider that it is not probable that an outflow of economic benefits will be required. Accordingly, no provision has been recognised in these financial statements.
