The company held 9 Textile Reuse Sales, making surplus textiles accessible to the local community while providing free textile repair activities. At least 270 kg of fabric was kept in circulation and diverted from landfill through the company's Fabric Swap programme. More than 300 local residents took part in fabric swaps, repair activities and creative textile reuse initiatives, encouraging sustainable consumption and reducing textile waste. The company delivered 34 textile repair and creative reuse workshops across Hertford, Ware, St Albans and other Hertfordshire communities, enabling residents to learn practical repair, mending and upcycling skills that help extend the life of their textiles. The company partnered with local authorities, including Harpenden Town Council and East Herts Council, to deliver community upcycling and repair projects that engaged local residents in sustainable textile reuse. Activities were supported by 8 volunteers, increasing the company's capacity to deliver community events and engage more local residents in textile reuse and repair.
