For the year ended 31 December 2025 the Company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006.

Members have not required the Company to obtain an audit for the year in question in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime and in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A - small entities.

The financial statements have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The Company has opted not to file the statement of comprehensive income in accordance with provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime.

1.	General information

Tufflex Limited is a company limited by shares and incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office address is: 55-65 Castleham Road, St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex TN38 9NU. The company has not traded during the current or preceding financial year.

2.Accounting policies

Basis of preparation of financial statements

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance
with Financial Reporting Standard 102, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the United
Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland, the Companies Act 2006 and FRC abstracts.

These financial statements are presented in GBP because that is the currency of the primary
economic environment in which the Company operates.

The preparation of financial statements in compliance with FRS 102 requires the use of certain
critical accounting estimates.
