Year Ending: 30 November 2025

Company activities and impact

within the financial year 2024 to 2025 company activity was reduced. This was in part due to staffing availability. Activity was towards reflective practice, supporting frontline workers in third sector organisations, working and supporting communities and individuals with mental health challenges.

Consultation with stakeholders

there was consultation from organisations contracting with Arts Transform for reflective supervision. There was perceived to be significant positive impact from reflective supervision for staff. This work was part of a wider project in the city, coordinated by VAS [https://vas.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/Reflective-Support-VAS-briefing-October-2025.pdf]
