These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 1 (previous period: 1).
Additional Disclosures
The company has prepared these financial statements under FRS 105 for the first time in the current year, having previously applied FRS 102 Section 1A. Comparative figures have been restated on transition to FRS 105. This restatement principally related to the removal of deferred taxation balances, which are not recognised under FRS 105. The directors consider the effect of the restatement on the financial statements to be immaterial.
