COMMUNITY INTEREST ANNUAL REPORT

AMAZING COMMUNITIES TOGETHER C.I.C.

Company Number: 15291035 (England and Wales)

Year Ending: 30 November 2025

Company activities and impact

During the financial year, Amazing Communities Together (ACT) continued to fulfil its purpose of strengthening community-led organisations and empowering local people to create positive change in their neighbourhoods. ACT brought together community leaders, resident-led groups and voluntary organisations to share learning, build networks and develop the skills and confidence needed to deliv-er sustainable community action. ACT facilitated opportunities for collaboration through peer learning, networking events, workshops and leadership development activities. It also worked with partners to share good practice, provide access to information, resources and funding opportunities, and support communities to influence de-cisions affecting the places where they live and work. ACT's activities benefited the community by increasing the capacity and resilience of grassroots or-ganisations, helping them to strengthen their governance, develop local leadership and build lasting partnerships. By supporting organisations that are rooted in their communities, ACT enabled them to continue delivering services, activities and initiatives that improve the wellbeing of residents, encour-age active participation and reduce social isolation. ACT also promoted community-led approaches to regeneration and neighbourhood development, en-suring that the knowledge and experience gained through programmes such as Big Local continued to benefit communities beyond the lifetime of individual funding programmes. Through collaboration, shared learning and mutual support, ACT helped communities become more connected, resilient and better equipped to address local challenges and opportunities. Any income generated during the year was applied in furtherance of the company's community inter-est objectives, supporting the continued delivery and development of activities that create positive social impact for communities across England.

Consultation with stakeholders

Amazing Communities Together (ACT) regularly engages with a wide range of stakeholders, including member organisations, community leaders, volunteers, partner organisations, funders, local commu-nity groups and public sector partners. Throughout the year, stakeholder feedback was gathered through regular meetings, networking events, workshops, online discussions, surveys and informal conversations with members and part-ners. The Board of Directors also maintained regular contact with stakeholders to understand emerg-ing needs, challenges and opportunities facing community-led organisations. Feedback received through these engagement activities informed the planning and development of ACT's programmes and services. In particular, the company continued to prioritise opportunities for peer learning, networking, collaboration and leadership development, responding to stakeholders' requests for greater knowledge sharing, practical support and stronger connections between commu-nity organisations. Feedback also helped shape the themes of events, identify areas where additional support or resources were needed, and strengthen partnerships with organisations working towards shared community outcomes. ACT remains committed to ensuring that its activities are community-led and responsive to the needs of the organisations and communities it exists to serve. Stakeholder consultation continues to play an important role in guiding the company's priorities and future development.
