Integrate Hope CIC delivers culturally responsive, trauma-informed support for women, young people and families from ethnically diverse and faith-based communities across Birmingham and Solihull. During the year, the company delivered workshops, peer-support sessions, confidence and resilience programmes, coaching, youth mentoring and wellness bootcamps focused on domestic abuse awareness, mental wellbeing, healthy relationships, confidence, resilience and social connection. During the year, we supported over 150 women, young people and community members through direct delivery, outreach and partnerships. Our activities benefited the community by creating safe spaces where participants could build confidence, reduce isolation, improve emotional and physical wellbeing, access practical signposting, and feel more able to speak up and seek support. Young people were supported in developing discipline, positive routines, and healthier attitudes toward wellbeing.
Our stakeholders include service users, parents/carers, volunteers, facilitators, local partners, community and faith groups, schools, colleges and funders. We consulted through session feedback, check-ins, facilitator reviews and partner discussions. Feedback shaped shorter workshops, women-only safe spaces, faith-sensitive content, youth wellbeing and fitness sessions, and clearer signposting.
One director received a total amount of £18,970 for delivery of project management and coaching services.
