Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The company collects maintenance and sinking fund payments from leaseholders to cover future repair works building upkeep and shared property costs These funds are held on trust for the leaseholders and are shown as cash at bank with a matching creditor The company does not trade and does not record income or expenses related to these funds All payments received are for future maintenance obligations.
