Going concern

Company law requires that, that unless there is reason to do otherwise, the financial statements are prepared on the going concern basis, which assumes that it will be able to continue its operations for the foreseeable future, being at least the next twelve months. The only significant creditor is the company's parent undertaking, which has confirmed its intention to continue to support the company for the foreseeable future, and which has adequate assets to be able to so. The group is also supported by its director. Consequently, the director is satisfied that the going concern basis is appropriate.
