The director acknowledges her responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

Transactions with related parties
In 2022, the company entered into transactions with Fernlee Lettings Limited. At the balance sheet date, the following balance was outstanding: Amounts owed to inter-company £59,500 The inter-company loan is unsecured, interest-free and repayable on demand.
