| The directors have considered the financial requirements of the company and consider that it will be able to operate within its agreed finance facilities for the next 12 months from the date of approval of these accounts.The directors have considered the cashflows for the 12 months from the date of approval of these accounts and offered their continuing support to the company. |
| The directors therefore consider it appropriate to prepare the accounts on the going concern basis. |

| Turnover represents income from simulated and regular shoot bookings, stated net of discounts, rebates, value added tax and other sales taxes. |
| The company recognises revenue on the day that the shoot day is provided, so long as the amount of revenue can be measured reliably, it is probable that the economic benefits associated with the transaction will flow to the entity and the costs incurred or to be incurred in respect of the transaction can be measured reliably. Revenue from services is recognised in the accounting periods in which the services are rendered. |
