General Information

SENDLINK LTD is a private company limited by shares, incorporated and registered in England and Wales under company number 16602655. Its registered office is 10 Masefield Gardens, Plymouth, Devon, PL5 3HU, United Kingdom. The financial statements are presented in pounds sterling.

Significant accounting policies
1. Statement Of Compliance
  
  These financial statements have been prepared in compliance with FRS 105 - The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland and the Companies Act 2006.
2. Basis Of Preparation
  
  The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime, and the Companies Act 2006.
The financial statements are prepared in Sterling which is the functional currency of the company.
Average number of employees

During the year the average number of employees was (2026: 0).
Director advances credits Note

At 31 July 2026, the company owed £1,496.39 to a director. The balance was unsecured, interest-free and repayable on demand. It was repaid after the reporting date on 5 August 2026.
Financial Commitments Note

At 31 July 2026, the company had received £10,000 from each of two investors as non-refundable share application money, intended solely as consideration for shares to be allotted. Each investor has committed to invest £30,000 in total. No shares had been formally allotted and no formal investment agreement had been executed at the reporting date. Only the £20,000 received by 31 July 2026 is recognised in these financial statements; the remaining £40,000 commitment is not recognised.

For the year ending 31 July 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Directors responsibilities:

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476;

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and FRS 105, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the micro-entities regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

The members have agreed to the preparation of abridged accounts.
