The member has not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

The director acknowledges her responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

These financial statements have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The company was under the control of Ms. Gabrielle Tana throughout the current and previous year.

During the year, the company made various transactions with and on behalf of group companies Magnolia Mae Films LLC and Magnolia Mae Production Limited. The balance due from Magnolia Mae Films LLC at the year-end amounted to £1,056,957 (2024 - £872,709) and from Magnolia Mae Production Limited £14,250 (2024 - £NIL)

The company recharged production expenses to Sutton Hoo Films Ltd, MM Motel Destino Productions Ltd, MM (LDJIN) Productions Ltd, and Akiko films Limited; companies under the control of the director Ms. Tana. The balance due from Akiko films Ltd at the year-end amounted to £1,914 (2024 - £5,837) and from MM (LDJIN) Productions Ltd £12,300 (2024 - £5,837).

During the period various expenses were paid on behalf of Ms. Gabrielle Tana. Ms Tana also made various deposits in the company. The balance due to Ms Tana at the year-end amounted to £130,918 (2024 - £80,282).

Magnolia Mae Films LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in New York, USA, is the immediate parent undertaking of Magnolia Mae Films Ltd. No consolidated financial statements are prepared by the parent company or at any higher level. Accordingly, Magnolia Mae Films Ltd is exempt from inclusion in group financial statements, and no consolidated accounts are prepared at any level. In the opinion of the director, there is no single ultimate controlling party.
