Balance sheet statements

Company activities and impact

All shades of life CIC provide the local community of Kent and London, from the age of 7 years to adults of all ethnic origin, our physical sports cover boxing/fitness classes and Football sessions supporting in, physical activity provide benefits in mental health boosting moods, reducing stress/anxiety enhancing self-esteem. Our Football sessions that are led by FA guidelines four corner as follows: physical: Psychological: Social: Technics: Abilities to help progress our members. And our boxing and fitness aim on self-confidence, learning coping mechanisms, mental health, core work and building friendships. Sports and physical activity regardless of background and income The Classes are available to the community in the daytime, evening, weekends and including the school holidays. To improve the child or adults’ quality of life, independence and ability to access social/educational activities. To create a safe place for young people. We are a community-based physical sports/social activities provider supporting families with High level of need and financial disadvantage, special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) enable them to access opportunity. To have an impact on the lives of young people and their families living in underserved communities across Kent and London through sport and physical activity. To create a lasting change for young people and adults and their families across Kent and London by removing all barriers. All Shades of Life CIC applies for various available grants from local authorities and sporting associations which provide the funding for the above activities. The aim of All shades of life is to bring different communities of Kent and London together from the engaging of these activities, building up self-confidence, helping with mental health, bullying, anxiety and making it fun for the young youths/adults that take place.
