The company is dedicated to breaking down barriers in the performing arts. They specialise in dance and musical theatre training, empowering our community to thrive in the creative industry. The company has a proven track record of nurturing young talent and offering open classes for adults to share their passion for theatre dance and musical theatre. The company’s activities have benefited the community in the following ways: - identified a gap in the community for affordable, professional training in theatre and dance for those passionate about the arts - engaged with various communities across the Northwest, empowering learners to build confidence, develop skills, and pursue employment opportunities in the creative industries - inspired individuals from all walks of life to express themselves, boost their confidence, and contribute to a compassionate and inclusive society - collaborated with diverse groups, especially those facing barriers to participation, offering inclusive and empowering spaces for expression and growth. Through their programs, they nurtured confidence, resilience, and vital life skills, fostering healthier individuals and more compassionate, creative societies.

Consultation with stakeholders

The company’s stakeholders are: - Students: children, teens, and young adults enrolled in performing arts training - Adult Learners: Participants in open classes and community arts workshops - Parents & Guardians: Individuals supporting youth participants and paying for services - Community Members: Local residents participating in community-focused arts initiatives - Funding Partners: Organisations like Kindred LCR and the BLAST Network - Educational & Industry Partners: Local schools, colleges, and professional venues Stakeholders Have Been Consulted via social media campaigns: using interactive platforms to gather direct feedback from followers and students, open evenings: hosting events to meet prospective students and parents, enrolment feedback: collecting direct feedback during the onboarding of new students, community events: gathering verbal and written feedback during performances and public workshops, and partner alignment: working closely with local social enterprises to ensure community needs are met. Actions taken in response to feedback: - Full-Time Education: Launched a full-time Dance and Musical Theatre training program for 16-19-year-olds in the Liverpool City Region. - Expanded Age Ranges: Extended class structures to accommodate younger students (ages 2-16) and adults. - Facility Expansion: Opened a purpose-built training centre in Birkenhead to serve as a central creative home. - Accessible Pricing: Introduced affordable rates, such as daily fees for holiday camps. - Wraparound Care: Added breakfast clubs to make programs more accessible for working parents
