Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 30 November 2025 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

Company activities and impact

Mountains For All CIC, a Community Interest Company focused on improving access to the outdoors for disabled and inactive people. The company was incorporated on 21 November 2024. During the financial year 21 November 2024 - 30 November 2025, the company’s activities have benefited the community in the following ways: people with limited mobility or health challenges were able to explore walking routes virtually through 360 degree tours before visiting, reducing anxiety and increasing confidence accessible walking routes were tested and improved, making the outdoors safer and more inclusive for participants the company delivered supported real-world walks, helping participants engage in physical activity and social interaction awareness of accessible nature routes was increased through online resources and community outreach, supporting local residents and visitors in planning safe outdoor activities volunteer and work opportunities were provided for staff and helpers involved in the development and delivery of accessible tours and walks activities were limited during the first year while awaiting grant funding, but all planned services were delivered within available resources, laying the foundation for expanded impact in future years

Consultation with stakeholders

During the reporting period, Mountains For All CIC consulted with a range of stakeholders including disabled people, people with long-term health conditions, carers, local walking groups, community organisations, local authorities, businesses and accessibility advocates. Consultation took place through meetings, emails, surveys, social media engagement, discussions during site visits and route assessments, and direct engagement with local businesses. The CIC worked closely with businesses to encourage participation in the TrailPath360 project, helping them improve the accessibility of information available to visitors through immersive 360 walkthroughs. Feedback from stakeholders highlighted the need for clearer accessibility information, greater confidence when planning visits, and stronger collaboration between communities, businesses and accessibility organisations. In response, the CIC refined the TrailPath360 platform, prioritised accessible routes and public facilities, expanded accessibility information within route guides, and continued to develop partnerships with local businesses to increase the availability of accessible visitor information and promote inclusive access to outdoor spaces.

Directors' remuneration

he total amount paid or receivable by directors in respect of qualifying services during the financial period was £2,700. There were no other transactions or arrangements in connection with the remuneration of directors, or compensation for director's loss of office, which require to be disclosed.
