There are no employees hired by the company. The sole director, to date, manages the company alone in an unpaid role. Freelance counsellors hired by outside agencies provide the counselling services and the outside agencies organise and pay for room hire to the company themselves for the specific counselling sessions that take place within the unit.

The company was created in July 2025. A premises was secured in October 2025, however, was not operational until February 2026. Sole director covered the costs of rent and rates up to premises being operational from February 2026. Since February 2026 the company has provided mental health counselling to those that are experiencing mental health issues and helped clients with their mental health. The company has provided complimentary holistic therapy such as Ear Acupuncture, reflexology and meditation services to those in the community that struggle with mental health.
