Company activities and impact

The company's activities provide benefit to persons who are deemed by the local authority, social services departments and similar agencies as needing further supported accommodation or are unable to enter into tenancy agreements for accommodation in the private rented sector due to reasons of poverty, poor physical and mental health, unemployment, debt and those who may be victims of domestic violence or crime and circumstances akin to such.

Consultation with stakeholders

The company's key stakeholders include the disadvantaged and vulnerable individuals from various backgrounds and an extensive list of external agencies involved directly and indirectly with them. The external stakeholders directly involved include homeless shelters and third sector organisations and non-directly involved external stakeholders such as local authorities and local councillors and MPs.
