Warrens Holdings Ltd ('the company') is a private company limited by shares, incorporated and domiciled in the United Kingdom and registered in England. The address of the registered office is 2nd Floor Citygate, St James' Boulevard, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE1 4JE.

Statement of compliance

The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Section 1A of Financial Reporting Standard 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland' (FRS 102) and the Companies Act 2006.

Going concern

The directors consider it appropriate to prepare the accounts on the going concern basis.

Financial instruments

The company only enters into basic financial instrument transactions that result in the recognition of financial assets and liabilities like trade and other debtors and creditors, loans from banks and other third parties, loans to related parties and investments in ordinary shares.

 
2.4

Investment in LLP

Investment in LLP interests are initially recognised at cost, being the fair value of the consideration given. The investment is subsequently measured at cost less any accumulated impairment losses. 
The carrying value is reviewed at each reporting date to determine whether there is any indication of impairment. Where the recoverable amount of the investment is less than its carrying amount, an impairment loss is recognised in the profit and loss account.

The company has no employees other than directors, who did not recieve any remuneration.
