The company provided music and arts education with ensembles and lessons and equipment. During the financial year 2024-2025 companies activities have benefited the community in the following ways: - We have created a space within Standedge Visitor Centre which is open and accessible to everyone to participate in or enjoy music and arts. - Provided musical ensembles and lessons with an emphasis on community and family music making and social inclusion.
The company’s stakeholders are pupils and their families and visitors to the music and arts centre including local residents. The directors of the company have lived and taught in the area for a number of years and developed the business model based on their experience and talking to the stakeholders. We held special meeting and concert inviting stakeholders to join us which was very well attended with literally hundreds of people including local councillors and our MP. We asked everyone to fill in a short questionnaire about their vision for what we should provide based on our model and this has helped us to shape our business and ideas.
No remuneration was received
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
