The group holds monthly meetings for active members, following a fixed agenda. It also holdspublic meetings to update the wider community on local development plans, government policy, housing, and industrial development in the area. These meetings are intended to give the community the opportunity to ask questions and gain an understanding of planning and industrial development issues in the context of government policy. The group maintains an active Facebook page and delivers regular leaflets to all residents. Technical experts are used to provide informed guidance on matters such as planning law, pollution, and the impact on the local road network. The groups aim is to improve communication and strengthen community knowledge and understanding.
The stakeholders are the Audley Parish community. Consulted as follows; FaceBook, open public meetings including guest speakers with experience of planning. Leaflets, YouTube, local press and local village magazine.
