1. Average number of employees

   During the period the average number of employees was 1 (13 months to 30 Nov 25: 1).

2. Director Advances Credits Note

   At 31 January 2026, an amount of £714.39 was due from Andrea Stepanovic, director of the company, in respect of a director’s loan account balance brought forward from the previous accounting period. The balance was unsecured, interest-free and repayable on demand. No amounts were written off or waived during the period. After the reporting date and before approval of these financial statements, the balance was fully cleared by a bank repayment of £438.01 and by offsetting £276.38 against amounts owed by the company to the director.
