2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention in accordance with FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime, and the Companies Act 2006.

Turnover policy
Turnover is measured at the fair value of consideration received or receivable and represents amounts receivable for services provided in the ordinary course of business, net of discounts, VAT and other sales-related taxes.

Tangible assets depreciation policy
Tangible fixed assets are stated at cost less accumulated depreciation. Depreciation is provided at rates calculated to write off the cost of each asset over its expected useful life.
