2 Director's advances, credit and guarantees
During the period the company made advances to Mrs T Snowdon, the sole director, by way of a loan account.
At 1 October 2024 the balance owed to the company was £2,692. Advances of £71,806 were made to the director during the period and repayments of £49,198 were credited, leaving a balance owed to the company of £25,301 at 31 December 2025.
The advances are unsecured, repayable on demand, and interest is charged on any balance exceeding £10,000 at HMRC's official rate of interest (3.75%). No amounts were released, written off or waived during the period.
The director has undertaken to repay the loan in full, together with interest at the official rate. No guarantees have been entered into by the company on behalf of the director.

For the period ending 31 December 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges her responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
