Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 31 March 2026 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

The members have agreed to the preparation of abridged accounts for this accounting period in accordance with Section 444(2A).

1. Accounting policies

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

Turnover policy

The turnover represents amount receivables for computer services provided net of VAT and trade discounts. Revenue is recognised when services have been provided for and invoiced for.

Tangible fixed assets and depreciation policy

There are no Tangible Fixed Assets.

Intangible fixed assets and amortisation policy

There are no Intangible Fixed Assets.

Valuation and information policy

Not applicable.

Other accounting policies

The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2015). The financial statements are prepared in accordance with applicable United Kingdom Accounting Standard (United Kingdom General Accepted Accounting Practices) which have been applied consistently (except as otherwise stated).
