The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 13 (previous period: 13).
Directors advances, credits and guarantees
At the beginning of the financial year, the director owed the company £21,566. This balance was repaid in full on 1 August 2025 via waiver of a dividend. During the financial year the director borrowed £19,535 from the company. Interest of £365, at the market rate of 3.75%, was applied to this loan and the total amount of £20,410 is shown within 'creditors amounts falling due within one year.' This amount was repaid in full via waiver of a divided on 1 August 2026.
