Compliance with accounting standards
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A Small Entities. There were no material departures from that standard.
The principal accounting policies adopted in the preparation of the financial statements are set out below and have remained unchanged from the previous year, and also have been consistently applied within the same accounts.
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention as modified by the revaluation of certain fixed assets.
The accounts are presented in £ sterling.

Transactions with related parties
Name of Related Party: Animal Alliance Asia, Inc. ("AAA US")
Nature of Relationship:AAA US is a related party to Animal Alliance Asia Ltd ("The Company") by virtue of common control and management.
Specifically:
Eri Elly Nakajima is a Director and the Sole Member of The Company, and is also a Director and Member of AAA US.
Varda Mehrotra is a Director of The Company and a Director and Member of AAA US.
Anam Mai Nguyen is a Director of The Company and a Director and Member of AAA US.
Nature and Amount of Transaction: During the period, there were no transactions with AAA US.
Key Management Personnel Compensation: The Directors listed above are considered Key Management Personnel of the Company. No remuneration or benefits were paid to any director in connection with this specific transaction other than in their capacity as a Director of the Company.
