Additional Disclosures
During the year, the director identified that the cost of the investment in the subsidiary acquired during the year ended 31 May 2025 had been incorrectly recorded at £68,000. The actual consideration was £47,000. Comparative figures have been restated accordingly. The adjustment reduced fixed asset investments and amounts due to the director by £21,000. There was no effect on profit, taxation, retained earnings or total equity.
