2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
These accounts have been prepared under the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105. Tangible fixed assets with an individual cost of £200 or more are capitalised and depreciated on a straight-line basis over 3 years, with a half-year charge in the year of acquisition. Items below £200 are expensed in the period of purchase. This policy has been applied from this year onwards.
