During the financial year, the company contributed positively to the community through its ongoing business activities, employment opportunities, and engagement with local suppliers and service providers. Yes. The CIC has consulted with its stakeholders, including beneficiaries, service users, local community members, partners, and other organisations involved in or affected by its activities. Stakeholders have been consulted through informal discussions, meetings, direct feedback, and ongoing engagement during the delivery of the CIC’s activities. Their views and experiences have been considered when reviewing the services provided and identifying areas for improvement. Where appropriate, feedback received has been used to adapt the CIC’s activities, improve the quality and accessibility of its services, and ensure that its work continues to respond to the needs of the community it serves.
