1. Accounting Policies
Basis of preparation
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with applicable accounting standards for small entities.

Turnover
Turnover represents sales made during the period and is recognised when goods are supplied to customers.

Stock
Stock is valued at the lower of cost and net realisable value. Cost includes purchase price and directly attributable costs.

Depreciation
No fixed assets were held during the period; therefore, no depreciation has been charged.

2. Fixed Assets
The company held no fixed assets during the period.
Accordingly, the fixed asset balance is £0.

3. Stock
Closing stock at the period end was valued at £4,277, based on cost.

4. Debtors
Trade debtors at the period end were £0.
No other receivables or prepayments were recognised.

5. Creditors: Amounts Falling Due Within One Year
There were no trade creditors or short‑term liabilities outstanding at the period end.
