2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. Transactions in foreign currencies are translated into sterling at the rate ruling at the date of the transaction, and monetary balances at the rate ruling at the balance sheet date; exchange differences are recognised in profit or loss. The company had net liabilities of GBP 861 at the balance sheet date. The director has confirmed his intention to continue to provide such financial support as is necessary to enable the company to meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these accounts. Accordingly the accounts have been prepared on the going concern basis.
