General information

Hassean Health Limited is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales, registration number 16100911, registration address 9th Floor, 107 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6DN.

These financial statements cover the period from 25 November 2024 (date of incorporation) to 30 November 2025, being the Company's first accounting period. Accordingly, no comparative information is presented. As the period of account exceeds twelve months, the amounts presented in the financial statements may not be entirely comparable with amounts that will be presented in subsequent annual financial statements.

1.	Average number of employees Including directors and key management personnel. Average number of employees during the period was 2.

For the period ended 30 November 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Directors' responsibilities:
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the period in question in accordance with section 476.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and FRS 105, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the micro-entities regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
