New Leaf Dog Rescue supports dogs in need of rescue, rehabilitation, and rehoming, helping them find suitable and loving permanent homes. The organisation works closely with prospective adopters and families to identify compatible matches, taking into consideration the needs, circumstances, and welfare of both the dog and the household. Through responsible rehoming, ongoing support, and a focus on the long-term welfare of each animal, New Leaf Dog Rescue aims to improve and enrich the lives of rescued dogs and the families who welcome them. By helping dogs find the right home rather than simply a home, the organisation promotes positive, sustainable relationships between people and animals. The organisation also contributes to the wider community across England and the UK by promoting responsible dog ownership, animal welfare, and the benefits of appropriate dog companionship. Its activities seek to reduce the number of dogs experiencing unsuitable or unstable living situations while helping families and communities benefit from the companionship of well-matched rescue dogs. New Leaf Dog Rescue exists for the public benefit by improving animal welfare and supporting individuals and families to experience the social, emotional, and wellbeing benefits that can come from responsible dog ownership. Through its work, the organisation seeks to create lasting positive outcomes for dogs, adopters, and the communities in which they live.
