During the financial period ended 31st January 2026, Alliance 4 Children C.I.C. operated as a national moral movement and activism engine dedicated to improving the physical and emotional health, wellbeing, and developmental outcomes for children, young people & families across the UK. Delivering public benefit through an indirect model, the company convened an expert network of over 300 organisations, charities, CICs, academics, clinicians, MPs and Peers, local policy makers and frontline practitioners across 5 thematic working groups: Early Years, Food & Nutrition, Physical Activity, Emotional Health, and Online Harms/AI. Key community benefits include: Online Safety & Bereaved Parents: Coordinated historic campaigns with bereaved parents, leading calls for better enforcement by Ofcom. Power 2 Play: Coordinated report and hand-in at 10 Downing Street. We also had Tom Hayes, Jess Asato, Sharon Hodgson, Lorraine Beavers hand over our Power 2 Play policy. We heard shortly after in the Autumn 25 budget £18 million was to be provided for playgrounds across England. Early Years & Play Sufficiency: Co-organised a 100,000+ signature petition and Downing Street hand-in with 'My Mummy Teacher' to support play as a statutory mainstay in Key Stage 1, and delivered nationwide practitioner webinars via the 'Power 2 Play' initiative. Food & Nutrition Standards: Co-published major evidence papers, campaigned for expanded Free School Meals, ban of energy drinks for U16s, and secured with Northumbria University a £600m 3-year funding package for the Holiday Activities & Food (HAF) programme. Safeguarding & Emotional Health: Developed practical wellbeing guides ('Roles, Routes & Resources'), backing the call for school nursing funding, and promoted national BSI PAS 5222 safeguarding standards in non-statutory settings. Poverty: Campaigned with Baroness Ruth Lister and prominent poverty experts such as Gordon & Sarah Brown's organisation, culminating in the government's November 2025 announcement that it would remove the 2-child cap limit.

The company's primary stakeholders include frontline practitioners, public health and academic experts, charity and CIC CEOs, directors and staff, teachers, clinicians, school nurses, counsellors, academic researchers, bereaved families, and parliamentarians. Stakeholders were consulted extensively through regular working group meetings, national webinars, parliamentary briefings, and direct collaborative discussions. Feedback from bereaved parents directly shaped our national online safety call, while input from early years educators guided our 'Power 2 Play' training resources.

£4,000 was remunerated to the directors during this financial year. Executive directors operated otherwise on a pro-bono basis to establish the company's operations, receiving only modest reimbursement for actual receipted out-of-pocket expenses incurred on behalf of the CIC as disclosed in the accounts.
