The company’s stakeholders are either attendees of the workshop provided, or the commissioning body for the workshops. The directors of the company have provided these workshops previously and tailor them to the requirements of the commissioning body. We ask everyone attending the workshops for the first time to fill in a short questionnaire about their experiences. In addition, we collate testimoials from attendees. This has helped us to build up a profile of attendees’ needs and what we can do to meet them more effectively.
